HOW TO ORDER:
- Select the border & holiday text you would like from the drop-down menu below.
(borders will ONLY be printed on ornaments and keychains)
- Email your reference photos to AUDACITYAPPAREL.COM with your order # in the subject line. You can send as many as you'd like, if you're unsure, & I will choose the photo(s) that work best.
TERMS:
You CAN customize clothing/hair colors
The clothing/hairstyle/pose featured in your reference photo(s) cannot be changed & will be illustrated as is.
You will be sent a proof for final approval before your order is started; there is one free edit included per portrait, should you decide to tweak the color-scheme, photo used, or graphic inclusions like the border or text.
Proofs will be uploaded to a google drive; PLEASE make sure that you are a member of our VIP group, should I need to contact you & you're unreachable via email. You will be notified when your proof is uploaded via the email address you use at check-out.
Proofs will be completed & loaded on to the drive within 5-7 business days of when I receive your reference photos and specifications.
TAT for physical items (ornaments, keychains, etc.) is 3-5 business days from the time you APPROVE your custom illustration.
TAT for digitals only is 1-2 business days
Your order does NOT include a digital copy of this illustration; you are purchasing a physical product. You can 'ADD ON' the print ready, high res digital file, of your illustration, in the drop-down menu below.
The purchase of this digital design includes: the black linework design, the color-block design, design w/ graphic elements (border/text) if applicable, and a printing rights waiver.
PERSONAL USE ONLY; all commercial use, included but not limited to: selling this file, using it as a business logo, altering it in any way, using it fully or in part as a design element in a finished product or design, or otherwise claiming as your own/redistributing for profit is PROHIBBITED.
