RULES & TERMS OF USE
▪️We reserve the right to end our business relationship with you for misuse of any of our terms or any conduct we feel doesn't align with our brand. This includes removal from our group, cancelation of orders, and retracting your rights to use our intellectual property.
▪️Our VIP GROUP serves as our preauthorized resellers list. We cross reference orders with the member list there. Please make sure you request to join/you are already a member BEFORE you place your order. You will need links and codes, posted there, to access drops and promotions.
▪️You do not need a tax ID/resellers certificate to purchase our wholesale products. We service boutiques, small shops, and hobby garment decorators alike. We sell our garments in both singles and bulk packs. That said, some items do have a MOQ (minimum order quantity) and we do not offer customs in singles, at wholesale prices, at this time.
▪️We have hundreds of available styles in blanks, however they will not be offered at the same time. Drops will be open for a set amount of time & then those styles will cycle out (with the exception of ready to ship and customs).


SHIPPING
▪️Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order. You can choose from USPS or UPS and their available services.
WE DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. Shipping charges do not encompass VAT/customs charges or any applicable duties or fees; those are your responsibility. We do not ship to Mexico or Italy, at this time.
▪️U.S.Wholesale orders over $200 ship free!
No coupon code necessary.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via the carrier/service that is most cost effective & timely, of our choosing.
If your order qualifies for free shipping but you need it over-nighted or have a preferred carrier/service, contact us after you place your order & we will invoice you for the difference in price (if any).
▪️Orders over $250 will require an adult signature upon receipt. If you can't accommodate having someone sign for your package, you need to contact us before you place your order.


MOCK-UP/PRODUCT IMAGE USE
▪️You are free to use any and all of our website and group mockups to gauge interest with your customer base. You're welcome to customize the mockups with designs you are selling HOWEVER, 1. You may not digitally alter the color of the garments in the mockups 2. You CANNOT remove our logo or watermarks UNLESS you are covering them with your own. 3. If you purchase/your order includes unwatermarked, blank mockups, YOU HAVE TO WATERMARK THEM. This prevents theft and misuse of our product images.
‼Our mockups, watermarked or not, cannot be used to advertise or sell digital products or garments transfers (screenprints/dtf/sublimation/etc). Our mockups can only be used to sell the completed tee in the photo.
 DISCOUNT CODES
▪️You can only use one coupon code related discount per order. This includes coupon codes, rep/referral codes, and automatic promotions (discounts that are automatically applied to your cart).
You CANNOT use Audacity Custom Apparel (our retail brand) coupon codes on wholesale orders.
We CANNOT edit your order to add a coupon code or discount AFTER IT'S PLACED.


TURN AROUND TIME
▪️TAT will be noted in the product listing of each garment. CURRENTLY our TAT for made to order and customs is 14-20 business days. TAT for ready to shop 3 business days.
TAT is the time between when your order is placed and when it will ship; this does not include the amount of time your order will take to get to you once it's shipped.
Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of US holidays.
▪️If your order consists of items with mixed processing times, your order will not ship until all items are completed. If you need certain items sooner, consider placing separate orders.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

▪️We do not accept returns or exchanges, however please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any issues with your order.
While every item is inspected prior to shipping, our return policy obviously does not encompass items that are lost/damaged/incorrect. We don't have control over packages once they're shipped, but we are committed to making sure your order arrives safely & beautifully and our responsibility to you doesn't end until that's achieved.
